  • What kind of clothing do you accept?

    We accept Brand Names Only. Our team takes several factors into account when selecting items, including style, popularity of the brand, fabric, overall condition of the item and our current stock levels. We’re on the hunt for trendy, mid- to high-end street fashion purchased new within the past 2-3 years.

  • In-take Schedule

    Good quality seasonal women’s clothing currently in demand that have been purchased within the last 2-3 years.  Our intake schedule is as follows:

    • Spring: Jan – March
    • Summer: April – July
    • Fall: August - October
    • Winter: October - November  
  • Payouts & Returns

    Payment can be:

    • Cash
    • Email Money Transfer*
    • Store Credit

    Consignor payments are given in-store at your request. Alternatively, consignors are welcome to use their store credits to make purchases in store. 

    Consignor will receive 40% of the final sale of the item.

  • Terms

    Clothing is displayed in store for 10 weeks. At the end of your term, whatever hasn’t sold, you will have 10 days to pick-up, otherwise, it will be donated to local charities.

    Restocking: If you choose to terminate your contract before the 10 weeks term, a restocking fee would be applied.

    All items consigned with us are subject to sales and promotions. LITTLE TOWN BOUTIQUE Is responsible for determining the prices of items & reserves the right to discount items at anytime during your contract.

  • We do not accept:

    We DO NOT accept items from the Store Names. example:

    George/Walmart , American Eagle, Giant Tiger , Joe Fresh, Nyguard, H&M, Shein/Fashion Nova, Forever 21, Reitmans, Garage / Dynamite, Old Navy

    We do not accept from the following items:

    • Intimates: Bra/Socks/Underwear
    • PJ's
    • Jewelry
    • Formal Wear (Bridal/Bridesmaid)

Preparing Your Clothing for Drop Off & Consignment

Consigned clothing must be brought to the store freshly washed and neatly folded in a BOX or TOTE.

This helps to reduce wrinkles and makes it easier to sort through your items. We do not accept clothing in plastic bags.

Please do not drop off more than 20 items at one time. If a drop off is more, we may separate it over a couple weeks to ensure other consignors have space as well. 

Before selecting items for drop off, please remember to:

Freshly wash all items.

Ensure zippers work and no buttons are missing. 

Double check items for holes, rips, stains, excessive wear and strong odors, piling.

Brand Tags must be attached to the clothing

Clearly label your box/tote with your name and phone number.


You are welcome to drop off items anytime during our business hours – no appointment required. 

We will not be able to go through your clothing in store while you wait, so please expect to wait a couple days before we let you know if there are any items to return to you.

After we have sorted through your drop-off, you may choose to have items we refuse returned to you, these items are held for 10 days after contact is made. If they are not picked up in that time, they will be donated to giveback rack - funds will be donated to local charities.
