Consignors have the option to choose the following payout (Cash, Store Credit or Email Money Transfer).

Yes, anytime during our store hours – no appointment required. 

We try to go through the items while you wait, however depending on the store's foot traffic, we can't always go through your items right away, please expect 1 business day, before we let you know if there are any items that will be returned to you. 

After we have sorted through your drop-off, the unwanted items must be picked up within 10 days after the contact is made. If the items have not been picked up within 10 days, we will donate the items to a local non-for-profit charity.

We ask that you bring in your items in a reusable bag or box (No garbage bags please).

 All items must be neatly folded. No hangers please.

Our team takes several factors into account when selecting items, including style, popularity of the brand, fabric, overall condition of the item and our current stock levels. 

We’re on the hunt for trendy, mid- to high-end street fashion purchased new within the past 2-3 years.

 We love modern high quality brands! 

We prefer gently used clothing or clothing new with tags. 

We accept sizes XS to 3XL. 

We accept accessories such as hats, scarfs, sunglasses, shoes, and belts.

We DO NOT accept items from the following brands:

• Giant Tiger Brands (Lily Morgan, Mystyle, ACX, Carisma)
• Joe Fresh
• Fashion Nova
• Cider
• Shein
• Old Navy
• Bluenotes
• Ardene's

We DO NOT accept the following items:

We do not accept men’s clothing, unless it can be accepted as a unisex garment such as a pair of vintage men’s Levi’s, an oversized button up, etc.

• We do not accept children’s clothing. 
• Damaged clothes with holes, stains, or excessive wear. 
• Under no circumstance will we accept undergarments, such as underwear, bras, slips, socks, or shapewear.
• We do not accept swimwear, formal wear, costumes, or jewelry.

Items should be in “like new” condition meaning:

Freshly laundered or dry cleaned. 

No holes, missing buttons, missing zippers, or stains.

No pet hair. 

Neatly folded in reusable bags or boxes, we do not accept clothes in trash bags.

Please do not drop off more than 20 items at one time. If a drop off is more, we may separate it over a couple weeks to ensure other consignors have space as well. 

All Items are Final Sale, no exchanges or returns.

Your items are displayed in store for 10 weeks. At the end of your term, whatever hasn’t sold, you will have 10 days to pick-up, otherwise, it will be donated to local non-for-profit charity of our choice.

Restocking: If you choose to terminate your contract before the 10 weeks term, a restocking fee would be applied. All items consigned with us are subject to sales and promotions. Preloved Fashion Consignment Boutique is responsible for determining the prices of items & reserves the right to discount items at anytime during your contract.

Good quality seasonal women’s clothing currently in demand that have been purchased within the last 2-3 years.  Our intake schedule is as follows:

• Spring: Jan – March
• Summer: April – July
• Fall: August - October
• Winter: October - November
