1. What is your Return Policy?


Returns, Exchange or Store Credit are only available on NEW ITEMS (excluding: Final Sale Items) 

In-Store Purchases: 

We have a 10 day return/store exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or store exchange. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with the tags still attached. Returned items will be inspected once received, and items that do not meet our policy will be returned back at customers expense. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that was used. All gift returns will only be eligible for store credit. 


Final Sale Items: are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit:

  • Final Sale Items
  • Footwear
  • Body Piercing Jewelry (Earrings)
  • Damaged items purchased with indication of its condition (damaged tag included on the garment) 
  • Intimates (underwear, bralettes, & bodysuits) 
  • Skincare and body care products
  • Gift Cards

 Online Purchases: 

For orders that were shipped out, you have 10 days from the day you received your order to begin processing your return. Return shipping costs are full responsibility of the customer and no shipping charges will be refunded to you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

If your order was delivered with a delivery fee, a $5 cost will be deducted from your refund.

We have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return policy standards.

2. What is your Shipping Policy?

We provide FREE SHIPPING to all Canadian Orders over $150

  • Any other orders will be subject to a $15 shipping fee. 
  • You should expect your package within 3-10 business days, from date of ship. All our packages have a tracking number which will be sent to you when the order is shipped. 
  • Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. We work on getting all orders out as quick as we can.
  • All Shipping Orders are shipped with a Tracking Number. (No Signature Required option)
  • We are not responsible if the customer put the wrong mailing address at checkout for shipping. The customer is responsible to enter the correct mailing address.
  • The customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost to ship back their item for a store credit or exchange.

3. Do you offer Curb-side Pick-Up?

Yes! We do!

  • We offer Curbside Pick-Up option for those in the Greater Sudbury area. (at no charge)
  • At Checkout, you will be able to choose Curbside Pick-Up with the date & time that you wish to pick up your order.
  • Please allow 1 business day to process your order for Curbside Pick-Up.
  • Please wait for the "It's Ready" Email before coming to pick-up your order.

4. Do you offer Local Delivery?

  • We offer Local Delivery option for those in the Greater Sudbury area.
  • Delivery fee is $5 for Local Delivery (Residents in the Greater Sudbury Area.) (Non-Refundable)
  • At Checkout, you will be able to choose Local Delivery.
  • Please allow 1-3 business day to process your order for Local Delivery.

5. How fast do you ship out orders?

We try our very best to ship out the same business day. We usually ship orders within 24 hours (business days)
