Pink Cement is all about the details. From the feminine fit to the rose gold accents, its all about the pretty. These hoodies can take you from running errands to drinks with the girls.


About this hoody: This hoody fits true to size. Due to the high organic cotton/tencel content of these hoodies we recommend hanging to dry. There will be some shrinkage with the first wash in the width but Pink Cement has accounted for this when sizing so please keep this in mind if you choose to size down after trying them.


Sara wears an XS and is 6' tall. Her measurements are 30/26/35.


Nicole wears a small for a slim fit in the pictures but could size up to a medium for a cozier fit. She is 5'9" and her measurements are 35/29/39.

Shipping Information

We provide FREE SHIPPING to all Canadian Orders over $150

  • Any other orders will be subject to a $15 shipping fee. 
  • You should expect your package within 4-10 business days, from date of ship. All our packages have a tracking number which will be sent to you when the order is shipped. 
  • Please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order. We work on getting all orders out as quick as we can.
  • All Shipping Orders are shipped with a Tracking Number. (No Signature Required)
  • We are not responsible if the customer put the wrong mailing address at checkout for shipping. The customer is responsible to enter the correct mailing address.
  • The customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost to ship back their item for a refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CONSIGNMENT ITEMS. 

Returns, Exchange or Store Credit are only available on NEW ITEMS (excluding: Final Sale Items) 

In-Store Purchases: 

We have a 10 day return/store exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or store exchange. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with the tags still attached. Returned items will be inspected once received, and items that do not meet our policy will be returned back at customers expense. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that was used. All gift returns will only be eligible for store credit. 

 

Final Sale Items: are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit:

  • Damaged items purchased with indication of its condition (damaged tag included on the garment)

 Online Purchases: 

For orders that were shipped out, you have 10 days from the day you received your order to begin processing your return. Return shipping costs are full responsibility of the customer and no shipping charges will be refunded to you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.

If your order was delivered with a delivery fee, a $6 cost will be deducted from your refund.

We have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet our return policy standards.
